Blum's workpiece inspection software FormControl V3 allows the on-machine measurement of the workpiece. Full 3-axis or 5-axis contour measurement is possible and machining errors are quickly realised and re-work can be immeadiate. Data can be imported from many CAD/CAM systems and inspection programs are quickly and easily generated. Full SPC results and analysis reports are generated for quality inspection.
The software utilises best fit technology for optimum alignment and has built in collision control. |
