FLADDER AUT-1000 VAC

FLADDER AUT-1000 VAC is an automatic machine for deburring of even, cut and shaped work pieces.
The flexible abrasive cylinders process the work pieces with 4 different movements so that the work pieces are deburred from different directions several times.
The result is well done edges and a limited impact on surfaces. It is possible to deburr inox without damaging the protection foil or deburr galvanized work pieces without removing zink.
Owing to the flexibility of the abrasive tools work pieces with contours or grooves may be deburred as deeply as 30 mm in some cases.
Operation of machine is in a class of its own: Control panel is designed with symbols made easy and all machine operations are adjustable during operation. Furthermore, the operator has full view of deburring process.
