SHELL SCHEME
If you select shell scheme, the rate includes shell scheme, fascia,
ceiling grid, carpet tiles and company name board, basic electrics,
(power point and fluorescent light).

SPACE ONLY OPTION
If you select space only, the rate includes the first lift on and off of your exhibits. Please note that this applies to exhibits only and not stand construction and/or materials.

10% due on signing of contract followed by
35% by 31st August 2009 and the final balance of 55% by 28 Feb 2010
Alternatively you can pay in monthly instalments via our Easy Payment Option (see below for full details)

In order to assist your company’s cash flow, the MTA is pleased to offer the facility of spreading your payments over a period of time by standing order/direct debit. Further details will be available with your contract for space.

MTA MEMBERS
Please note that if any of the standing order payments are late or are not met, your company’s entitlement to the 5% rebate will automatically be cancelled.

EASY PAYMENT OPTION TERMS
To be paid in equal monthly payments commencing one month after receipt of signed contract with deposit payment. Final payment to be received by 31 May 2010. The standing order/direct debit payment scheme is not available to exhibitors whose contracts are issued on or after 31 January 2010

A special rebate of 5% on space/shell prices will be paid one month after the exhibition for MTA member companies. To qualify for this rebate scheme, settlement of all stage payments must be made by the required dates. (Subject to MACH 2010 achieving minimum stand
sales of 20,000 Sqm).

CONDITIONS OF REBATE SCHEME
It is important that you and your accounts payable department are aware of the strict conditions that apply to this rebate scheme, as no exceptions are made.

The above rebate will only be payable on the condition that the appropriate deposit payment is returned, together with the signed contract, and received at the MTA no later than close of business (i.e. 1730 hrs) on the required date AND, that all stage payments or standing orders/direct debits thereafter are received at the MTA office by close of business on or before the stated dates. Should any payment not be paid by the specified dates, then entitlement to the rebate will automatically be cancelled, with no exceptions made.
